Lunar Nodes

What is called in astrology the lunar nodes are the two ends of the line of intersection between the plane of the ecliptic (i.e., the plane of the earth's yearly revolution around the Sun) and the plane of the Moon's monthly revolution around the earth.

Lunar Nodes, also called the Moon's Nodes, are the points where the Moon's orbit of the Earth intersects the celestial ecliptic - the narrow band of space described by the Earth's orbit around the Sun
